Big Game Tonight
Flyers play the red hot Penguins tonight. The Pens are winners of 12 straight, with Sindy Crybaby on an absolute scoring tear. With first place in the Atlantic division on the line tonight, the Flyers had better be prepared for a tough game.
Boo, Jaason Werth
Once again the almighty dollar wins out in the world of sports. Jason Werth signed with the Washington Nationals for a ridiculous amount of money, 7 years, 126 million, rejecting the Phillies offer of 3 years 16 million. Just goes to show, winning isn't everything

Sergei Bobrovsky
"Bob" has been very good so far this season. A welcome surprise to the normal goalie carousel that seems to plague the Flyers every year. My only concern would be the amount of games Coach is playing him. "Bob" has never played more than 35 games in a season. I guess Coach is trying to get "Bob" as many games before Leighton comes back.
Phillies Lose
Phillies lost in six games to the San francisco Giants. The Giants did go on to win the World Series, so at least the Phils lost to the eventual champions.

Flyers vs. Ducks
The Flyers play the Ducks tonight. Hopefully they will show a little more passion then they've displayed so far this season. The defense has looked slow and scared to handle the puck. The forwards have shown no desire to fore check or go to the net.
Phillies Game 5
The Phillies will send Roy Halladay to the mound tonight against Tim Lincecum. Two concerns for tonight's game- hitting and the bullpen. Halladay should get the job done tonight, so the question is whether the Phillies bats will be able to get to Lincecum. With Halladay on the mound, the bullpen is less of a concern- Halladay pitches at least seven, that leaves it in the hands of Ryan Madson and Brad Lidge.
